Choose is advancing the digital transformation of citizen services by implementing two specialized Artificial Intelligence Assistants within the framework of the 1566 Multichannel Citizen Service System. These new solutions aim to provide immediate and reliable support, enhancing the experience for both the public and service teams.

Specialized Support for Citizens and Staff

The design includes two distinct tools with specific roles:

  • AI Assistant for the Citizen: Provides guidance on health services, such as scheduling appointments at hospitals and Primary Care Centers, information on on-call pharmacies, preventive screenings, vaccinations, and travel medicine. It also facilitates the submission of complaints.
  • AI Assistant for the Service Representative: Integrated into the ticketing management system, it offers staff instant access to critical information, accelerating response times for citizens.

The Citizen Assistant is already accessible via the 1566.gov.gr website and the corresponding mobile application.

Nationwide Awareness and Feedback

To promote these new capabilities, Choose organized a Roadshow across six Greek cities. This initiative allowed citizens to become familiar with 1566's services while enabling the company to collect feedback and better understand users' actual needs. This approach combines technology with a human-centric philosophy to modernize organizational operations.
